Product Description
The Z-Racing windshield are aerodynamically more efficient than the series windshield. They have been extensively tested in the virtual wind tunnel to guarantee the driver improvements in aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and aerodynamic protection. Thanks to their double height, they deflect the wind that otherwise hits the helmet and top area of the torso. At the same time, the side channels take in the airflow and send it sideways to reduce the air pressure on the driver's shoulders.
The aerodinamic protection improvement is 12.7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the "racing" position.Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, ??using the most advanced technologies, with hight impact acrylic of 3mm. We have a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2 mm (accomplishing the German TÜV). The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the windshield will reach the client in perfect shape.
The Z-Racing discs are available in a wide range of colors, to customize your motorcycle to your taste.
Installation of the windshield does not require any additional parts. Each windshield comes with a leaflet with the detailed aerodynamic study, which shows the improvement in performance and the protection of the rider.
The piece includes an homologation certificate ABE 38182.

Manufactured in 3mm high impact acrylic, resistant and long-lasting material rounded to> 2mm (complying with German TÜV regulations), thanks to its double height, the effect of air hitting on the helmet will be greatly reduced. This screen is available in two models: Z-Racing and R-Racer, depending on the model.
The design of the Z-Racing screen has been tested in the wind tunnel, improving the aerodynamic coefficient and the protection against wind gusts by 12.7% (upright position) with respect to the original model and by 61% in racing position.
On the other hand, the R-Racer screens, apart from being studied in the wind tunnel, are developed together with racing teams from the SBK World Championship and Endurance, achieving a perfect balance between protection and aerodynamics.
The assembly of the piece does not require modifications and is accompanied by an exhaustive aerodynamic study.
